Discover the importance of Brush Removal

Why are brush removal and brush chipping important?

Property owners should remove debris piles before they start to decompose because once that starts, professional services won't be able to run the material through their equipment. Likewise, property owners don't want to cart around bags and bags of dirty, wet, decomposing material in their own vehicles, yuck! Equipment aside, there are several other benefits of brush removal and brush chipping. These include:

Enhancing the overall appearance of your property.

Reclaiming usable property area for possible storage, a new shed, or a garden.

Preventing wildlife infestations and the growth of pests.

Preventing fires and creating a safer environment.

You cut it; we will chip it.

Brush chipping is a hassle-free way to dispose of trees, and branches that have accumulated after a hardy DIY pruning session or has been 'dropped' in your lap after a storm.

Consolidation Material

Brush chipping reduces large amounts of wood debris in your yard without burning it. Depending on the regulations of the municipality, burning substantial amounts of wood may not be permitted. Brush chipping will keep you in compliance with local rules while efficiently clearing your yard.

Save Time

Trees are reduced to chips in minutes and piles can be left wherever is convenient for you to save you time relocating what can be a wonderful and valuable resource for your landscaping needs.

Reclaim and Repurpose

You can reuse the wood chips as mulch or compost them with grass clippings to get continued use out of your old tree.

Cost-effective

Hauling away branches and brush is more expensive than grinding them into brush chips.

Definitely recommend EC Tree. They took down a few trees and trimmed another for us. They were quick and the yard was left looking great with all sticks and debris cleaned up. Great service and great price, thank you!

Do you deliver wood chips?

Yes! We will deliver wood chips within our general service area so long as you have an accessible area to receive them. Give us a call and let us know how much you are interested in getting and we will drop them off per your request.

I have a pile of debris that has been sitting in my yard, can you chip it for me?

It depends on how long it's been sitting but typically a week is about as long as a pile can sit before it's too late. We try to avoid putting decomposing brush, dirt, and any other unknown debris into our chippers since this can potentially damage the blades. If we are unable to chip the debris, we can make other arrangements to have it hauled away. If you plan on doing a lot of pruning on your own, consider calling us in advance to manage the clean-up for you.

How much debris do I need before calling you?

Economically speaking, piles of small twigs and branches are best handled by residential vehicles at your town's reclamation center.  Larger branches that can't be easily moved or cut into smaller pieces with hand tools are better suited for professional services.

Why Hire Professionals for Brush Clearing?

We get your garden, yard and property back on track… fast and efficiently.

Brush removal can change your landscape into a blank canvas, free from debris, twigs, and branches that get in your way. However, most people do not have the time, tools, or expertise to manage the finer points of tree trimming cleanup.

Brush clean-up is also risky due to the presence of thorns, vines, and insects like bees. It often includes wood chipping, which requires the assistance of professionals and their equipment.

You don’t cut your hair, do you? That’s why you probably need to hire an expert tree service to get the job done right.
